Project 1:
Project for Research Platform

Description:

Designed and implemented an enterprise-grade research platform for multi-center clinical studies, targeting pharmaceutical researchers and medical institutions. The system integrates proprietary model registry technology and real-time data surveillance capabilities to enable precision medicine research. Key achievements include developing an intuitive interface for multi-dimensional model visualization and implementing Dynamic RBAC with GDPR-compliant anonymization to address clinical alert fatigue.

Role:

Directed the end-to-end platform development lifecycle:Architected the FHIR/HL7-compliant data aggregation hub unifying real-time and historical patient datasets, Engineered the model registry engine with automated threshold configuration and hyperparameter tuning, Implemented the data permissions matrix supporting department/ward/disease-based isolatio.

Project 2:
AI Critical Event Prediction Platform

Description:

Developed a clinical AI platform for predicting critical events in ICU patients, including MODS patient prediction, AKI probability/severity grading (Mild/Moderate/Severe), and sepsis onset probability within 3 hours. The system integrates time-series models and non-time-series models trained on patient historical records, with outputs highlighting risk factor contributions. Designed to enable validated stable releases and rollback to historical versions for clinical safety.

Role:

Product owner.Led end-to-end development of the predictive analytics engine:Architected model framework for ICU patient prediction using sample size optimization techniques;mplemented rollback protocols to ensure model version control in clinical environments,Collaborated with clinicians to validate outputs against real-world ICU data streams.
